Shipping companies assess charges for parcels according to their actual or cubic weight equivalent, whichever is greater. Weights are rounded up to the nearest kilogram in all calculations. Dimension restrictions apply to all parcels, including maximum length and girth.

If products are not available at time of order you will be notified via email and given the option of back ordering or having the amount charged to your credit card refunded. Standard domestic and international shipping and handling fees may apply. Shipping charges may be determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

All orders that are cancelled for whatever reason will be refunded after receiving necessary refund details and all credit card payments will be refunded immediately.

Returns

Every care is taken to ensure your products are dispatched in perfect condition. Please contact Crown Hair Fibers within 48 hours of receiving goods which are damaged or faulty. Defective items will be replaced. Crown Hair Fibers will not process refunds for incorrect purchase or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing and will fall under the money-back guarantee time frame.
